Before converting your manuscript to PDF, please ensure that all reviewer comments have been addressed and incorporated into your final version.

Once revisions are complete, carefully check for full compliance with IEEE guidelines. Any formatting violations or missing elements may lead to publication delays or disqualification from consideration for IEEE Xplore.

1. 1. 1. • Format: IEEE A4-size, two-column conference format.
         • Length: Maximum of 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
         • References: All citations must be listed in the References section. Use IEEE citation style.
         • Figures and Tables: All figures and tables must be high-quality, numbered, and referred to in the text.
         • Use the official IEEE template: IEEE Templates – A4 Format (DOCX)

IEEE places a strong emphasis on originality and ethical publishing. Your similarity index must be below 30%. Submissions exceeding this threshold will be rejected.

Steps to Generate IEEE-Compliant PDF via PDF eXpress

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. Go to: IEEE PDF eXpress™
            2. Click on “Create account”
            3. Enter the following:
               
               1. Conference ID: 65329x
               2. Your email address and password
            4. Click “Submit”
            5. Activate your account via the email you receive
            6. Log in with your credentials
            7. Complete your user profile and click OK
            8. From the Dashboard, click “CREATE NEW TITLE” and follow prompts
            9. Upload your source file (DOCX)
            10. If conversion fails, revise and re-upload until you receive: “File has been converted successfully”
            11. Download the final PDF from the “Action” tab
            12. Rename the file as TEMSCON_X (e.g., for Paper ID 50, use TEMSCON_50.pdf)
            13. Submit the final PDF in Microsoft CMT by clicking “Create Camera Ready Submission” under the “Actions” column.
