CALL FOR SPONSORSHIPS​
IEEE TEMS Thailand Chapter, in association with IEEE TEMS, is organizing an international conference at the Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand on September 14 — 16, 2025.
Limited, renowned organizations are invited to collaborate in this landmark event by active participation and sponsorship. Four levels of sponsorships are designed, each come with specific roles and benefits, as below.
We welcome the participation of your Organization at the IEEE TEMSCON-ASPAC 2025 and request your support as a Sponsor. As the number of Sponsorships are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis, request your early confirmation.
KNOWLEDGE Partner (THB 200,000 / USD 6,000)
- Name and logo of sponsor appears alongside IEEE TEMS logo in all announcements, artifacts, including banners and posters
- Sponsors get 20 min of Keynote speech
- Sponsor get presentation slot for 15 mins and booth for showcasing work
- Acknowledgment to the sponsors during the inaugural welcome/closing event of the conference
- Sponsors can nominate up to TEN participants for the Summit under KNOWLEDGE PARTNER category
DIAMOND Sponsor (THB 150,000 / USD 4,500)
- Name and logo of the sponsor appears in all announcement artifacts, including banners and posters
- Sponsors get presentation slot for 15 mins and booth for showcasing work
- Acknowledgment to sponsors during the inaugural welcome/closing event of the conference
- Sponsors can nominate up to FIVE participants for the Summit under the PLATINUM category
PLATINUM Sponsor (THB 100,000 / USD 3,000)
- Name and logo of the sponsor appears in all announcement artifacts, including banners and posters
- Sponsors are provided with a presentation slot for 10 min and booth for showcasing work
- Acknowledgment to the sponsors during the inaugural welcome/closing event of the conference
GOLDEN Sponsor (THB 30,000 / USD 900)
- Name and logo of the sponsor appears in all announcement artifacts, including banners and posters
- Acknowledgment to the sponsors during the inaugural welcome/closing event of the conference
