Achieving Competitiveness in the Age of AI and Big Data Analytics
The 2025 IEEE TEMS Conference Asia Pacific (TEMSCON ASPAC 2025) is a flagship conference of the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society. TEMSCON focuses on the cutting-edge development and practices of technology and innovation management in the current business environments. This year, TEMSCON ASPAC 2025 raises a theme of “Achieving Competitiveness in The Age of AI and Big Data Analytics“. The rapid development of AI and Big Data Analytics have been impacting business practices and society. This event brings together scholars and experts from Asia-Pacific and beyond. It includes an Industry Forum where industry leaders share insights on the trend, impacts, opportunities, and challenges of AI technology in enhancing global business competitiveness.
We invite contributions from scholars, practitioners, researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurs in advancing the understanding and the state of practice related to successful technology and engineering management. Contribution may take the form of academic research or practice-focused papers. We welcome submission in following major topics but not limited to:

Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore.
Authors of selected high-quality papers presented at the 4th International Conference of TEMSCON ASPAC 2025 will be invited to submit in IEEE System Journal.
Countdown to the event:
TEMSCON Special Issue Opportunity in IEEE System Journal
- Authors of selected high-quality papers presented at the 4th International Conference of TEMSCON ASPAC 2025 will be invited to submit extended/revised versions of their papers, based on the comments that they will receive during the conference.
- However, attending the conference is not a prerequisite for submissions to the special issue of the IEEE Systems Journal and it will not influence the review and selection process.
- The special issue is open to all researchers in the area, and the standard journal policy will be followed in all the submissions.
- Papers will be subject to a strict review process under the supervision of the Guest Editors, and in line with the Journal’s guidelines.
- Authors should submit their manuscripts via the Journal’s online submission platform by 1 December 2025.
